Hotel has a very nice and space lobby, but the room is very small. The bathroom is so small it's hard to turn around. Hard to use the bathroom without bumping to something. It's clean. Staffs seems friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's very close to Kowloon Airport Express station, West Kowloon High Speed Train Station. There are tons of restaurants and foot massage places around the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel May 4-8, 2019. The hotel is centrally located pretty close to everything, we love it! The station for the rapid transit train is just one block away, so many good restaurants around, the flea market the street food market and the bus stations. There is a big city park which we would have loved to explore but didn't have the time.

The rooms are clean and efficient. The price is very affordable. We booked two rooms for 7 people and the rooms have bunk beds that were surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is clean and the staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast buffet was very good, the food was delicious and there were several items. We only ate at breakfast which was included in our room rates.

The rooms were cleaned everyday and they have free bottled water, tea and coffee.

Hotel location was good; near Jordan station, the express airport shuttle bus stopped in front of the hotel, the room was comfy, and it had a paid laundry facility. Customer service was average. Could have improve the way staff communicated. More often than not felt like being lectured than welcomed.
