Great hotel located in central of Tsim Sha Tsui

We stayed at Premier King Room 2107, with a view of the harbour. The room was very modern and spacious, the bed fitted prefectly for a familiy of 3. Also, the cleaniness was excellent. Please keep it up with the cleaniness!

The service was fantastic. A special shout out to Gerald I, that made our stay rememberable. He was very helpful and always had a smile on his face.

A family-friendly hotel, that prepered bathroom amenities for our child. The room had all options for charging: USB-A, USB-C and wireless charge.

Friendly tips: the hotel will requier deposition at check-in.

Phenomenal hotel experience

Staff are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hotel view is gorgeous. Hotel service amazing. The hotel's room and toilet are clean. An amazing experience staying in this hotel. The hotel's location is strategic, near a mall and MTR Station is just a few walks ahead. An amazing experience staying in this hotel.

My stay was lovely

It is excellent , friendly and lovely hotel in the heart of Hong Kong one of the most beautiful city in the world . It breakfast was superb and the way they served me was kind and friendly . I have to mention the landscape of Victoria harbor from the 29 floor which is eye catching specially in the morning and at the sun rise . Thank you #linda li

Great location and service with the best views ..

We had an amazing time at Mondrian Hong Kong during our baby moon. The hotel went above and beyond to arrange a special surprise for us in the room, complete with a delicious cake. Special thanks to Sebastian from Guest Experience, who was incredibly caring and courteous throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is modern with rooms that exude a great vibe. We stayed in a Harbour view room, and the breathtaking sight was a highlight of our trip. The location in Tsim Sha Tsui is perfect, with excellent options for food and shopping nearby, including some fantastic Indian food.

Overall, I highly recommend Mondrian for an exceptional stay. The lobby staff were always smiling and helpful, even providing us with an umbrella during the rain and greeting us warmly every time we returned to the hotel. Matthew Chan was especially helpful with our luggage and arranging transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. All the staff in their bright white t-shirts were smart, courteous, and vibrant.

Thank you, Mondrian Hong Kong, for an unforgettable experience. All the best!

The best hotel in Hong Kong, touched by kindness

I was impressed by the very friendly service provided by the staff. My trip to Hong Kong was a great memory thanks to the staff who kindly guided me from check-in to entry and exit. In particular, Dilys Chan was so kind and considerate upon check-in that I was able to stay comfortably with her family. The location is great too, so I highly recommend it!
