I would have given a better review but the directions I received were a bit misleading got lost from olympic station walking to hotel the hotel was clean had all you need a bit basic but good ,it is handy to heaps of shops in the mong kok area,only walking distance

Rude staff
No courtesy No welcome No smile
Especially when you travel from far and had a long tiring day... It hurts..
I wasn't even asked to take a seat while checking in ..
The staff named Billy was sitting and I was standing ... He was rude ..no smile.. no good evening... NOTHING....
FELT DISGUSTED...Even upon checkout
A lady without name badge looked at me like she was about to punch me..
Am not that kind of guy to give negative comments but I was really disappointed.
I stayed a few days ago at DORSETT MONGKOK.. Had a Great Experience.. Courteous and welcoming staff..From Checkin till Checkout...
Rooms were better equipped and much more welcoming...
I would never recommend ICLub ...

Reception staff rude throughout the stay and unwilling to help. Missing jewellery which I thought was safe in the room and Reception was not interested and would not let me know if ever found by cleaners. Smaller rooms than advertised and though I paid for laundry throughout my stay was forced to keep paying as thier website and email is incorrect apparently. Take your money through false advertisement and very rude to speak to. Would not recommend

Basic but sufficient facilities. More information about services would have been nice (wasn't aware there was a basic breakfast included nor that the 2nd floor - lounge -was out of commission on certain days). HK preaches a no plastic rule so water needs to be obtained via a supplied glass bottle in the room. The bottom of the glass bottle decided to just burst apart by my simply unscrewing the top...! No smashing, just under normal room temperature for hours and my unscrewing the cap off. Bed sheets are tidied up, not replaced on lengthy stays, floors are fully tiled which makes it feel cleaner in some ways. Shower on 9th floor was reasonably strong and shower was pretty spacious compared to some 5* hotels but no bath. Basic open-air gym with laundrette which feels a little expensive; 60 hkd for wash and 50min dry. This is my 2nd time here.

The location of the hotel was excellent with only a short walk to two major stations and very close to a department store. The staff was also excellent and were more than happy to assist myself in getting a Taxi to the station which was much appreciated.
