We chose this hotel for costing less than just about anywhere else to stay in Hong Kong and it worked out for that. We were transiting onto Shenzhen the next day so location didn't matter all that much. The room was tiny but clean, so fine for what we wanted. It's not really exactly close to the two closest MTR stations, maybe half a kilometer walk to each, but not that far either. There is a good local shopping area with a lot of food options near the Kwai Fong station, but it would take a little looking around to find the cool food court noodle shop part where we had a great version of local noodles and dumplings. The area the actual hotel is in is more a warehouse district, not far from a residential area, so a strange place to put a hotel. In any US city crime would be an issue in such a place but Hong Kong seems to not work out like that in the same way.
