I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and everytime is a wonderful experience. The customer service is wonderful and everytime i am there the staff makes me feel welcome. It is definitely one of the best boutique hotel in Hong Kong. Thank You Hotel Hart.

I was quite hesitant seeing this hotel for the first time, but it is a nice place to stay. Lobby is on the 10th floor, which was not the kind of place I had in mind, thinking the online building photos were the hotel itself, which just occupied some floors. A standard room is closet sized but a deluxe room is good sized.
Nice design and decor and everything is clean. Service at the desk is businesslike and very polite. Maid was very helpful. Hot water and AC were fine. Rooms were noisy from neighbors' rooms and outside nightlife, but was not so bad luckily.
Lots of bars and tourist restaurants nearby. Also close to metro and high speed train. Both luxury and low price shopping and street markets are all nearby.
Perfect if looking for a clean budget priced hotel and not looking for luxury. I would consider staying again.

I stayed here for 2 nights in November 2018 and was very disappointed with this hotel.
I payed just under $500 AUD per night! I also had to provide a deposit of about $100 AUD upfront. I highly recommend you (BOOK IN ADVANCE) the demand must of been high for the particular dates I needed, keep in mind accommodation in Hong Kong is not cheap.
The room itself was too small even for one person.The toilet is literally half a meter from your feet when laying in the bed. I had no room to lay my luggage out.
A positive is the location, this hotel is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and a small walk to the Star Ferry Pier. A side note is the hotel can be hard to find, there was no real signage. You need to take an elevator to get to the main lobby.
Unfortunately I cant recommend this hotel and would advise you to look around at other options.

Superb location but as with many hotel rooms in HK, the room was incredibly tiny. It's great for travellers who are not going to spend too much time in the hotel room.
There is almost no space to leave your luggage on the floor of the room, and hardly any space for hanging your clothes (or anything else for that matter).
Note that the bathrooms in the hotel room only have glass doors so privacy might be an issue if travelling with friends/family/companions.

My Friend and I stayed here for 1 night in end March:
Getting there: the hotel was located in Tsim Sha Tsui (Kowloon side), relatively near Hyatt Regency Hotel. To get there from the airport, we took the airport express to Kowloon and took the free K3 shuttle bus transfer to Hyatt Regency. The hotel was a 5 min walk away.
Location: The hotel is situated along Hart ave (one of the side streets) within a building. It takes while to find it but hard to miss once u are on the right track. Once u find it, take the lift the the 10th floor to the reception. The building itself has several restaurants which could be an option for some people. Otherwise, the street offers a selection of local food, international cuisine and bars.
Hotel: hotel looks exactly as it was advertised on the website. Industrial chic and functional. Great place to pop in and out for a short stay. The check in process was efficient and pleasant. We got an upgrade to premiere room. I booked directly from the hotel website. A coffee machine is available beside the reception offering free coffees to hotel guests.
Rooms: Functional design and a great use of space. Although the room is small (11.5 sqm), it did not feel that way. The sink is located outside the bathroom and the bathroom fits a toilet and a shower area. Bedroom slippers and basic toiletries were provided. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. My Friend did not quite like her bed but I was alright with mine.
The cons: the room does not have a classic “table and chair” setup so eating takeaways could be challenging. The tv is weirdly placed - right in front of 1 bed but not the other. The curtains are sheer and does not allow people who are light sensitive to block out lights.
Overall: I would stay here again. The other hotels which I found at similar price points were either dated or out of the way. I am happy with the location, the service and the room.
