Superb location but as with many hotel rooms in HK, the room was incredibly tiny. It's great for travellers who are not going to spend too much time in the hotel room.
There is almost no space to leave your luggage on the floor of the room, and hardly any space for hanging your clothes (or anything else for that matter).
Note that the bathrooms in the hotel room only have glass doors so privacy might be an issue if travelling with friends/family/companions.

My Friend and I stayed here for 1 night in end March:
Getting there: the hotel was located in Tsim Sha Tsui (Kowloon side), relatively near Hyatt Regency Hotel. To get there from the airport, we took the airport express to Kowloon and took the free K3 shuttle bus transfer to Hyatt Regency. The hotel was a 5 min walk away.
Location: The hotel is situated along Hart ave (one of the side streets) within a building. It takes while to find it but hard to miss once u are on the right track. Once u find it, take the lift the the 10th floor to the reception. The building itself has several restaurants which could be an option for some people. Otherwise, the street offers a selection of local food, international cuisine and bars.
Hotel: hotel looks exactly as it was advertised on the website. Industrial chic and functional. Great place to pop in and out for a short stay. The check in process was efficient and pleasant. We got an upgrade to premiere room. I booked directly from the hotel website. A coffee machine is available beside the reception offering free coffees to hotel guests.
Rooms: Functional design and a great use of space. Although the room is small (11.5 sqm), it did not feel that way. The sink is located outside the bathroom and the bathroom fits a toilet and a shower area. Bedroom slippers and basic toiletries were provided. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. My Friend did not quite like her bed but I was alright with mine.
The cons: the room does not have a classic “table and chair” setup so eating takeaways could be challenging. The tv is weirdly placed - right in front of 1 bed but not the other. The curtains are sheer and does not allow people who are light sensitive to block out lights.
Overall: I would stay here again. The other hotels which I found at similar price points were either dated or out of the way. I am happy with the location, the service and the room.

Stayed here for three nights and loved it, we got upgraded to Premier room after reading reviews, it was still small, but functional, plenty of space for two,
glass walls to toilet is a passion killer, lol, but clean friendly hotel great central location very close to Mtr

Good location coz it’s near or just walking distance to shopping malls, shopping stalls, restaurants, train and bus stations. Room is small but you’ll sleep well with the good bed. Comfort room and shower room is transparent. Location is also near bars or drinking or night life.

I decided to stay here since it was close to where I wanted to be. Lost of great places to eat and the MTR is just 20 steps away! At first I was skeptical about staying in a 70 square feet room since I’ve never stayed in one but it was better than I though! The employees were helpful and right to the point! My room and clean and that’s all that mattered to me!
