Great staff!!!

Great staff! Very attentive and they went beyond and above. Good job!

To the management: you need to think of sustainable amenity kit without a fee like any other 3- 4 stars to 5 stars hotels. They offer wooden comb, even the packaging of toothpaste and shaving cream etc etc are all paper-based and for free! They are basic hotel amenities. You can’t just let someone check in and pay additional $$$ for the BASIC amenities. Government policy is to go green.it did not say to sell another product for guest to use. I know we are not required to buy but without these basic amenities, you will just be considered drivethrough motel just to have few hours to sleep.

I included a photo from other hotel I stayed here in HK.

Overall clean and comfortable room. Nice staff! Great food at the buffet!

I will be back!

Room tip: You need to pay for your basic amenities like toothbrush toothpaste and other basic one. Add on to your hotel accommodation fee.

Great hotel but..

There should be an early check in option. My parents just wanted to rest but we were told that the check in time is at 3pm. I’m ok with it because I went straight to the park with some of my relatives. Overall great hotel with lots to do but too bad we have lack of time because we stayed for only a night. And they gave me a towel for my birthday even though it’s 3 weeks late (advantages of booking at the website)

Will defenitely come back if given an opportunity.

Room tip: When checking out, they will give you a key card as a souvenir. You can also take home the plastic mug (not the glass ones!) as a souvenir

Mickey the explorer

this hotel must be considered especially for families wanting to visit disneyland hk. we found the prices not too far off for hotels in the city which could take 25 min ride to disneyland. the place is clean and well maintained. staff are also helpful. a member assisted us accordingly despite the language barriers when we did not know where to locate our room. room is spacious, provides water dispenser and coffee maker. beds are very comfortable also.

Room tip: there are no close convenience stores nearby so its advisable to bring food from the city if your on a budget. amenity kit costs as well

Beautiful hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Immediately upon entering you smell the atmosphere of this 'mini Animal Kingdom Lodge'. The reception was super friendly and we could leave our suitcases. When we arrived at the room in the evening they had already delivered our suitcase and the room was beautiful and gigantic. We had a view of the pool and the beds slept wonderfully. We had breakfast in the park itself. There is a simple café with some snacks and drinks. The water dispenser in the room was super nice as was the coffee machine. It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful environment. We will definitely come back.

Room tip: Please bring snacks because the restaurant is expensive.

A magical visit to Hong Kong Disneyland

From the moment we arrived we felt like valued guests. We stepped out of the taxi and the cast members working on the door took all of our baggage from us and directed us to reception, and were told they would take our luggage directly to our room for us within 10 minutes! We checked in and the cast member at the desk gave me a birthday badge after seeing my DOB was within the next 10 days. We were super lucky with being allocated a room on floor 3 which was the same floor as reception, which meant we had easy access to the main facilities! We ventured into the merch store and by the time we got to our room our bags were ready & waiting. We ate at the quick service Cafe downstairs and the pizza was good, albeit very expensive! You can also take the food to go so I had waffles & ice cream from the comfort of my hotel room, with Disney movies being shown on the tv channels! Bliss!

The pool was open until 10pm and we did attempt a swim but the water was fairly cold so we changed our minds!
The rooms were so spacious and the theming is brilliant. Rituals toiletries were a nice addition! There was also a surprise birthday cake towel & card left in the room!

Free shuttle buses to the Disney park were very quick!

Easy to walk between the other Disney hotels if you want to explore them, like we did! You also get vouchers in the room for money off merch & food purchased within any of the 3 hotels!

One of the best Disney hotels we’re ever stayed in worldwide. Would 100% recommend and hope we get a chance to visit again in the future!
