Iberotel has to be the best place to stay in Luxor. Accommodation is great, the view fantastic, the facilities just great and the staff all friendly and helpful.
We ate on the deck at sunset, really tasty food and a fantastic manager.

Wonderful second visit to this hotel. It has the best location and view in luxor. A great pool, gardens and bar. Lovely breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and a wonderful barman. It is within easy walk of the bazaar and luxor temple and only 3kms for Karnak temple which is a 35minute walk. Highly recommend

Gem of a hotel. The gardens leading down to the Nile are fantastic and it has a superb pool. Rooms are larger and better equipped than the price suggests. Really friendly staff (thanks Manal!) top it off nicely.

About 5 mins walk from the train/bus station, and waived an early check in fee for me when I rolled off the night train at 6am.

Top effort all around, couldnt fault the place.

We stayed in the Nile view rooms for 3 nights. At the entrance your bags are screened and staff at check in is very pleasant.

Our room AC wasn’t working initially so the desk sent someone to look at that and was sorted in a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, however the carpets look worn out and everything just looked a bit old. Given the price it is excellent value but the hotel is more like a 3 star.

In the morning you could see hot air balloons from the window and the views are quite nice. In room dining is also great with excellent food (the lentil food was yummy).

The location is great with lots of restaurants close by, excursions just as you turn left from entrance and feels quite safe. You do get people coming to you which spoils the atmosphere but that’s expected in most of Egypt’s touristy locations.

If you go in with the expectation that you’re booking a budget hotel then you will love it!

We stayed for three days (2 nights). Pool right on the Nile river with big gardens where to relax. Both breakfast and diner buffet were excellent. Large choice of food.
You can walk to the city center.

Room tip: Ask for a Nile view
