Poor Housekeeping service and overall guest reaction service is below average
Got really disappointed and expected better level of customer service specially after raising an official complaint related to the issue.

I had friend visit from oversea and it was too hot to show her the city. So we decided to have afternoon tea instead. It is free valet parking, very friendly staff and beautiful hotel decor. We arrived early but still took sometime to order anyway because of too many tea selection. ( Some of them I never heard the name before. ) Well, we made the right decision with Rooibos tea.
And those fresh made cakes and sandwiches were so yummy. We almost finish all of them. :)

It was incredible from start to finish. The view from our room looked over the Grand Mosque. We went will the Gold package and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, drinks all included. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.

My husband & i have just spent another fab 10 days at the Fairmont hotel.
This time we stayed on the Gold Floor & it was exceptional.
All the staff again were very professional & friendly and nothing was too much for them.
As i don't eat bread Subin the chef always had a a beautiful chicken and avocado salad waiting for me at afternoon tea.
I am sorry i cannot remember all the Gold Floor staff names as they were all fantastic professional and friendly. Always pleased to see you.

All the staff in the hotel were fantastic but the following staff deserve a special mention:-
Suraj on the gold floor who arranged a birthday cake and balloons to be delivered to my room as a complete surprise.
Paul on the gold floor who always had a smile on his face and always kept my glass topped up.
Herbert from Frankies restaurant with the beautiful smile
Rohail and Tharanga the life guards who were so professional and friendly helping us make up our loungers on the beach every day.
Elias from the Cuisine restaurant who was always professional and friendly.
Last but not least our friend Khushpal from the Cuisine restaurant who once again went out of his way to ensure our table and food was satisfactory.
We will definitely be visiting the hotel again.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing the canal and mosque

Love ths hotel. Amazing location in Abu Dhabi with a great pool - good variety of restaurants and bars - the pool is a personal favourite with a busy bar and great drinks - the view is perfect. The water in the sea is good as well - recommended.
