This park is located in the north of Tehran and is famous among the people of that region. People go there at the weekends for picnic or for a stroll. If you're a foreigner and want to visit some of the parks in Tehran, there are much better options for you like Mellat, Saei, Laleh, Jamshidiyeh and... .

This park is extended between two high ways. It includes a small zoo, a museum with taxidermy animals of Iran and water museum. It is very big and it take at least 90 minutes to walk around, and suitable for jogging, walking, cycling and picnic. However I think the amenities of the park are not enough for example coffee shops restaurant, playground, rental bycicles and more toilets are needed.

This area spans between two major expressways in Tehran, and there is a ring road within the area 7 kilometers long for walking or bicycle riding between the trees and greenery with excellent fresh air, this is one of the largest parks in Tehran. There are two museums and and a wildlife park within the area, and cars are not allowed. It will take over an hour to walk all around the area, and there are lovely views of the city. You can stay until the late hours and there are police patrolling the area. Nature lovers and strollers will love this place
