The Eskan is located in a quiet area, yet close to nice places, such as the Tabiat Park and Argentine Square.
Small, chique, practically decorated, very nice staff and reasonably priced, the Eskan is an excellent choice for staying in Tehran.
Enjoy the cozy cafe at the ground floor and do not miss breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it is excellent.

Had four nights here. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is ok. Lots of power points a.d a good shower.

The beds are quite hard and the gym is very basic. There is a small convenience store about 5 mins away. The restaurants are good

Having already experienced 4 Tehran Hotels over the last 3 years,I have the privilege to be able to compare experiences in relation to room rates.
Eskan is a safe choice for a business traveler. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Vanaq square, the service is impeccable,English spoken are at a very high level and the rooms are well appointed in a Western style.
Breakfast however is not up to the standards of similar hotels as variety is limited while the food in the in house Iranian restaurant is again plain and unimaginative, yet well prepared.
In the light of room rates,it is a fair proposition for the traveler. Nothing more than this.

Rooms are specious, have a nice bathroom with a shower (no bath) and are well maintained. Staff is very attentive and speaks good english, also in the restaurants. Breakfast buffet is nice, also lots of bread and some cheeses.
Hotel prices in Tehran are in general steep and booking is difficult. Best option is to enquire with the hotel directly.
Please note that there is another Eskan (or Escan) hotel in Tehran. This is the Eskan at Alvand street, please check the address.

Good hotel not pretentious. Bring Cash, credit cards won’t work.
Everything is correct, no more. Take the time to have your address written in farsi for you, take it at all times, find your way back can be challenging for taxi driver.
