I checked the rate on 3 Apr 2018 for 5th of May and next day i decided to book the room, they increased the rate more than 30% due to exhibition time while they already had done it.
even talking to the manager (Mrs. Kalantari) was useless.
shortage of hotels in Tehran let them to be unresponsive to the customers.
always ask this hotel to confirm their words in written.

Was there with a friend for a night. The room was spacious with comfy beds. It was a kitchenette there. But not even a glass. Terrible AC system. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. Bathroom dirty and bathtub really small. No way more than taking a shower in the bathtub, but the drain didn't work. It was no hair dryer in the room. We asked for it and it took about 15 minutes to have it. Breakfast ordinary and very basic. Finally we had to wait about 20 minutes for receiving our documents at the checkout time.

The positives: helpful staff but in fact they have very limited options due to unbelievably cheap management spacious rooms and good breakfast

The negatives: where should I start, bad internet, the TV was manufactured before I was born, the rooms' windows barely close so the noise and sometimes air easily slips into the room, the toilet is old and small but at least they provide hot water, the room cleaning is bad and I don't trust them at all, don't make the mistake and use the laundry because you can buy a new shirt for a lesser amount than it costs cleaning it. Don't order a la Carte from The restaurant because it is not worth the price

This is just a small part, if you are paying for your room just keep away from Pariz or any "Paramount group" hotel
