This hotel, close to Vali Asr Square, has an old-fashioned charme. The rooms definitely need renovation. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. If you can cope with some faults, it's not a bad choice.

This hotel is looking very dated. My room was reasonably comfortable but in need of tlc - cracked floor tiles, mould around bath etc.

Breakfast was fine - eggs/omelette cooked to order & lovely fresh flat bread made for you.

It took about 30 minutes to walk to some key sites such as the Jewellery museum & the former US embassy but the subway is also nearby.

this hotel is located at the center of big Tehran and near the Metro station and main street. although the price is not too cheap but if you compare it with other modern hotels it is logical. some part of this hotel is decorated like iranian traditions.

Room Tip: you can swim inside!

Centrally placed in a side street, near Meydan-e-Valiasr Metro stop and shops. Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean, everything works and staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is adequate.
