The staff was extremely rude and the internet sucks. Given how expensive this hotel is, it really is unacceptable. The rooms were nice, but that's about it. The internet was slower than in any other hotel in Iran - even slower than the internet in a hostel in Yazd! When I checked in, the staff was rude. And when I checked out, the staff was rude. They make you wait, watch you. After I checked out, I could not go to my friend's room to repack my bag. When I insisted, they sent the bell boy with me and he stood in front of the room like a guard.

Dear Valued guest;
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, it is a great honor. We are very happy that you were satisfied with our rooms. But we are sorry for any aspect which cause an inconvenience such as Internet speed and staff behavior during your check-in and check-out. unfortunately the way our staff treated you are very unacceptable, yet it is the government order that for other guest security all guests after checking out are not allowed to enter the guest rooms floor and we have no power to disobey.
But about the speed of Internet we tried to follow your comment and we changed our ISP (internet service provider) and now we are providing our guest with a very high speed Internet connection, so thank you for you kindly feedback and helping us to provide better services.
Anyway please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.
Best Regards

Second night in Iran after sleeping at the airport . Not perfect location but alright, small supermarket next door. lots of taxis in the street. Warm welcome by the staff quick check in. Lobby to refresh but as equal as many place in Iran, don't think it's dirty just oldish.
Rooms, even en the street, are quite for a big city as Tehran, there is family room ( 3 adults), small living room, quite oldish, beds are soft, minibar, safety box, air conditioning, shampoo, toothbrush, comb, tv with european and northern Am channels... Ask for non smoking room, smoking room exists here.
bathroom big subject in Iran , you will wet everything, water is going in all bathroom everywhere but it is Iranian style ( like this everywhere)
Breakfast not a lot of European or American taste, not real orange juice, no real coffee.
I would recommend it for young people, or people who travels lightly , it's average . it's ok. Nothing marvellous, nothing really wrong .

Room tip: High levelled room

We were charged over $A250 for an extra night at this miserable hotel as it was used by our tour company. The room was a reasonable size but was dark without any decoration whatsoever. All night the toilet made noises, you could hear people and TV in adjoining rooms, the AC went on and off, noise came from rooms above. Floor wasn't vacuumed for the whole stay and had the same rubbish on the carpet. The bathroom was so badly designed you had to sit sideways on the toilet and the light was faulty and the shower door did not close properly. Beds were hard with poor quality bedding. Breakfast was not what you expect when paying so much, barely any food, no variety, stale bread, indifferent staff, instant coffee from a jar, same thing for three mornings. It's in a poor location away from the few sights Teheran has. At least 10 minutes walk to metro. Pathetic wifi. Only good thing was reception staff were nice.

Room tip: Stay somewhere else
