Stayed for a couple of nights in this old hotel. It looks very old and dated from the outside but the rooms were renovated recently and looked modern from the inside.
- Nice garden around the hotel
- Comfortable bed
- AC was not working. Only the heater was working
- limited breakfast
- The lady at the reception was nice but room service was rude. I called room service asking If I could have salt and his answer was a loud NO! I called the lady at the reception and she helped immediately. It could be that guy didn't speak any English as he kept repeating NO for all questions I asked him!
- Annoying group of families arrived late at night and started making all kinds of noise. Leaving their doors open, knocking on other rooms at 2 am, speaking very loudly. This definitely was the worst part of my stay. I spoke to reception about this and they didn't seem to do anything. I had to intervene and talk to the people myself.
I don't think there are any better hotels in Ramsar. Maybe you're best bet is to rent a nice villa if you can find out.
Over all good hotel if they fix the negative issues mentioned.More
