We enjoyed a faultless meal (6 persons) at Dallal. The selection was a little limited but the dishes we ordered were well prepared, well seasoned and the plates were attractive.
Calves cheek with gnocchi, beef filet, grilled fresh fish - all were delicious. Appetisers included artichokes and beef carpaccio.
The atmosphere is warm and cosy with antique tables and decor. The staff were professional and attentive and spoke good English.

I ate breakfast at Dallal and was very disappointed. Tel Aviv has no shortage of spectacular breakfast options, but Dallal is known as a famous breakfast spot. To start, we had a table outside and bugs were everywhere.

The service was below average. One of the guests asked for egg whites, a common request in Tel Aviv, and the server had no idea what she was talking about. I asked the server if I could order a pastry, and she also did not understand my request. The Dallal bakery is right next store! The food was underwhelming. I ordered a croissant sandwich that was ordinary and others in my party were not impressed with their egg dishes. I will not return.

Made the mistake of turning up without a booking and had to settle for a table out the front (least appealing of the table locations!). Annoyingly our table was not in position to benefit from one of the fans so it was a bit of a sweat-fest. Still, the food was good and the french toast was excellent.

Had dinner there for our anniversary. The place is very intimate and romantic, perfect for couples or dates. The food was delicious- I had the veal stew gnocchi, which was amazing! Small but satisfactory dish. Great cocktails as well. Only con to this place is the expensive price, but the food was really good so it was very much worth the splurge.

Never stayed long enough to eat a meal . Made a reservation but when arrived, we were escorted to table in the courtyard as you enter the restaurant . This is a space seems to be place where smokers enjoy coffee or a drink. As it is incredible hot and humid this time of the year in Israel, this is not an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely dinner.
When we politely asked to be moved inside, the receptionist snapped back and said that there were no tables available ( even though we booked).
This really bad and rude attitude prompted us to ask for the manager, who offered us a spot at the bar - not exactly what we had in mind for dinner- and after the bad attitude we decided to rather leave and spend our money elsewhere ....large selection of good eateries in the area- so not worth fighting for a table!!!
