Service received upon arrival was excellent!! Hotel staff was very friendly, assisted us with parking on the premises and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The location is G R E A T being directly across from the beach, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Rooms had full size refrigerators and stoves so in room cooking was possible if desired. Complementary coffee, tea and cookies are available 24/7 in the lobby area as well as Wifi!! Breakfast was quite tasty! Not a huge hotel so not a huge buffet breakfast but quite adequate!
Although the location is great, unfortunately there was construction taking place along the beach in front of the hotel and a bit of extra noise was present. Construction was also present in the lot along side of the hotel so a bit of extra noise on the side of the hotel as well. If you are out and about all day, not a problem, if you have children that need naps, could be an issue but construction won't last forever. Family reported that water flowing through the pipes either from adjacent room or building could be heard like it was in their room and was a bit annoying. Once again, not sure if this had to do with any of the construction going on or just plumbing in the hotel? If you are lucky to have a room with a balcony and view of the Med, enjoy the sunsets, people watch and relax but be prepared to be woken up early due to high volume of vehicular traffic noise along the road in front of the hotel. In sum, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would and plan to stay there on a future visit to Tel Aviv.

Room Tip: room 11 was large but noise from construction; room 44 had a balcony with view of the beach/Med but early morning noise from traffic.

My wife and i booked this hotel for location and size for our first trip to Israel. The reception area is cramped and it is difficult to move when people are checking in or getting coffee. The entry doors are very difficult to open with so many entering and leaving the reception The room was nice and clean but the sounds from other rooms is invasive and many guests choose to converse, or party in the corridors.

Room Tip: choose rooms away from elevators and restaurant. the noise is unbearable. take ear plugs if you do not want to share with your neighbors

I renommend this nice hotel at the beachfront in Tel Aviv. Nice and serviceminded staff, very friendly. Clean room with a view to the beach. I would love to stay here in the summertime and I will come back sometime. I recommend a trip to Jaffa - a nice small town.

Nice hotel. Good service. On the beachfront. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. After all, Israel is well known for the wonderful breakfasts. Well situated. A nice little lobby where you can have coffee and biscuits and sometimes other things free of charge. Helpful staff!

Stayed at a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor and loved it, full equipped kitchen unit, which was great sine our children are picky with breakfast, clean rooms.
Full sea view to the amazing Tel Aviv beach, very relaxing in the morning.
Location is great and pretty much close to everywhere.
Staff is extremely friendly and do everything to make you feel happy and at home.
They offered a complimentary umbrellas and soup on a rainy day and on Friday they had a cocktail party ( also complimentary) on the new rooftop.
Will definitely come back ! Thank you :)
