We had an incredibly fun, delicious, and wonderful experience at La Shuk. The food is outstanding--steak tartar, oxtail and pasta; fried cauliflower, Indian curry onion, black linguine and seafood, steak, polenta, grilled whole fish and lovely cocktails... all outstanding. The service was terrific, and the atmosphere of the whole place is really great-- rustic, hip; cozy and inviting. Awesome music playing, too.
We loved it and can't recommend it enough ( and super reasonable on top of it). Thank you for a really memorable evening for our family celebrating New year's eve in Tel Aviv!

La Shuk offers modern interpretations of traditional dishes in nice surroundings, just next to the iconic Dizengoff Square. I ate excellent seafood on two separate occasions while visiting Tel Aviv in December 2016. It seems to be popular in the evenings, so reserving a table is probably advisable.

I was looking for seafood for my birthday, and this place was rated highly. We had a ceviche, some shrimp linguini, and a whole bream. The bream was delicious, and I would come back for that meal (we were too full to eat everything on the plate). The service was stiff at first, but they got nicer after we ordered a bottle of wine. Then they started encouraging us to take our time.

Food is delicious, and you can tell it's a popular place.
