What a disappointing experience in a restaurant with such good reviews! Let alone the food being under average, the staff did not know how to handle guest complaints regarding the food. They URGENTLY need a training. 'Cause no motter how fancy the atmosphere is, it is the attitude of the employees which gives a resturant its soul. The only good thing I can say about the restaurant were the cocktails (catered by Ernest's Bar) - and that's why I did not rate it 1. Food was tasteless, and the sauces which were supposed to accompany the food were almost non-existent and therefore the plates were "dry". We had to endure the main courses which were not warm enough; even the soups were cold. Price performance is very, very low. Don't waste your time and money on this "wannabe" fine-dining.
