The chicken place nearby is a better bet for your money, but Merve is ok if you aren't looking for great food. Their staff is pleasant, and there is a place for kids to play.

Far from city center, it is nevertheless accessible by walking. Food is good and not too expensive, they do not serve alcohol, though. There is a space for smokers in a kind of terrace. This is one of the few places in Dushanbe where you find Turkish food and Turkish coffee/tea.

If you are fan of Turkish food, you may be tempted to eat here, but don't. The doner was too dry and served without white sauce, the pide is soggy and spongy. Only the desserts here resemble quality Turkish cuisine.
