Horrible Service to have a lunch in a ground flor bar.
They need training, but it is not possible serve foreingners people if they don’t understand english.
The hotel is a short drive from the airport (< 5 min) within a short walk of anything you might need. The staff members are very attentive and courteous. The room was clean and laundry service was very good. They have a broad selection of food, and it is served with a smile. The star for providing service is Anush - he is a bartender/waiter in the bar on the first floor in the evenings; his dinner service is outstanding. He gets everything right, is quick, and follows up with you. This is a very nice hotel.
My room was not cleaned and still occupied when I checked in. Various things in the room did not work, the safe for one.
The sauna is not left on so one has to wait 45 minutes. The steam room was broken. The chairs around the pool were so low they were difficult to get in and out of.
No wonder no one was using the Spa and Pool.
Service was slow and the staff did not speak much English.
Me as a person who likes hygiene and purity. Spa of this hotel satisfies my needs to the fullest. Every time I enter to there, I can smell the freshness be which makes me feel like in home. There is person who puts his heart and soul to his work, his name is Ismail. Always friendly and welcoming. His hard work value should bring to a promotion. I can see potential in his actions.

We’re driving our Landrover from London to Sri Lanka and seem to be increasingly seeking out Hilton hotels for safe harbour in the various storms we encounter. Baku, Tashkent and now Dushanbe.
This time we needed to make an unscheduled stopover in Dushanbe and Mohru quickly arranged a room for us with real consideration and without any drama.
