This was my first trip to Dushanbe. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with everything we needed. They picked us up at the airport and arranged for all the taxis we required. The internet speed was great, which is very important for me when traveling. The rooms are spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet had so many options that I could not try everything in my two days being there. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived in the dark and were welcomed by Umed.
When I realized our room was on the top floor I requested a change to the lower floor. He said he needed to check with his manager and returned with a smile saying “no problem”
This was the attitude to everything we needed while we were there.
We were travelling from London to Beijing and from storing our mattresses to providing a pressure washer for the Land Rover to making copies for us our GBAO documents to filling flasks!
The hotel has a lovely aspect which I have not encountered before
Tea and coffee are available all day and night and included in the price as are items of washing while there!
The room was spotless , air con worked fabulously, and a really comfortable bed.
It really is a beautiful old building with a courtyard to sit in. Breakfast was lovely!
Firdavs ( I hope I have the spelling correct) helped us from our arrival to our departure.
To Rustam, Umed, Firdavs and Abdullo, we thank you and will always remember our stay with you!

Wonderful atmosphere, easy location, great breakfast, nice and helpful people at reception. It was very nice 2 days for me. Next time I will choose the same hotel and stay more days

-Maybe this hotel used to be a good one but unfortunately I should say that It seems that the furniture neglected for a long period especially the bed sheets and no renewal and maintanence has been made ! The bed sheets were exhausted and the color was changed and some spots could be seen on the sheets. In addition, there was a sewage smell in my bathroom! I stayed just one night and moved to another hotel.
+Thanks for the friendly staff, they tried to help me by showing 2 other rooms but the condition of bed sheets were same. Internet was acceptable and fast enough.

We offered you other rooms, but unfortunately you refused. It's a pity that you said about your remarks at the reception desk. We will find out about it with your feedback.
This hotel is really nice with very cheerful staffs, it is really much clean. I enjoyed being here. The environment is calm and I enjoyed breakfast here as well. It locates in a very good part of the city, it is really near to the airport while to markets for shopping as well
