on that time when we have visited Doshanbeh City the weather was very beautiful. and we visited the national park of Tajikistan and some fantastic places. my friends were very happy. so the trip with friends is good.

In general hotel is ok. however if you look to get pleasure from stay - this is not a good choice. For short business trip is ok (except slow internet connection). Rooms are big with balcony, rooms generally are in a good shape.
Breakfast is... nothing to say, better to take a short walk to nearest cafe and get at least a good coffee.
So, one night is good, there are much better options to stay.

Soviet style, dark entry hall, old-fashioned furniture, slow wifi in the room. Central location next to government is a plus but frequent blockade of the street from/to the hotel by police makes good timing impossible.

Hotel Tojikiston is a reasonable hotel (but not five stars!) in a good location overlooking Rudaki Park. Rooms are tired but clean and comfortable. Restaurant does an ok breakfast but should be avoided at all other times. On the plus side, there is an independent Chinese restaurant on the premises which serves excellent food (but beware - they allow smoking!)
If you are not fussy, the Tojikiston should do you :-)

Great location in front of the Rudaki Park and close to the Rudaki street. Russian style, lacking the touch of a five stars hotel. Very large and comfortable room. Got free bottles of mineral water every day. Some problems with hot water in the shower solved after calling the reception. Great view to the Rudaki Park. Good buffet breakfast served in a very poor and simple style. WIFI works well in the room and in the lobby.
Room tip: Rooms with view to the park.
