I will try to write my review as objectively as possible, although the indignation is off the charts. I would like to immediately note that the staff do not care about their visitors; whoever they wanted was served. It feels like a manager with a Soviet mindset, where preference was given to acquaintances or friends. We sat in the cafe for over an hour waiting for our order. They brought one dish per person, and it turned out that someone ate and someone watched. They also managed to mix up the dishes. In a word, the impressions are zero. What's positive: location, opposite the Hilton Hotel, good breakfast, relatively inexpensive place. But the negative experience no longer allows me to use this establishment. There are many other great places in Dushanbe where visitors are treated very well, politely and with a great respect.
