I would have overlooked this place - had I not looked at TRIPADVISOR!
Where SEGAFREDO is highly rated. Indeed - this is very justified! I'm just back from a wonderful dinner there. Excellent service and excellent quality of the food (I had a fillet steak). The atmosphere is pleasant - there is also (heated) outside seating for those who need to smoke with / after dinner.
I will definitely head there again one of these days.

(Unfortunately - the local dish "Pilav" - which I really would have chosen - will only be available as of November. As will be other local dishes.)

Had lunch with group of friends here. Large menu including local dishes and more Western dishes, which were of OK quality. The coffee was decent; good beans, yet unfortunately poorly made.

Bit expensive compared to the more local restaurants, but good for settling a craving for Western food after a while of only Central Asian cuisine.

As you might expect the coffee here is excellent. The cafe also does some good options for breakfast - lunch/supper includes salads, pasta and a couple of local dishes such as Lagman or Plov - more expensive than average but still reasonable - good service and most of the staff speak some English.

Western style menu if you’re after cake and coffee. Probably the best coffee I found in Dushanbe.
Free wifi.
Timely service with English language menu.
Clean toilets.

We spent a long afternoon here eating and drinking coffee. Just one of those places where it’s ok to take your time. We were well looked after by our very attentive waiter Maksud. Coffee served in a clean European style indoor area. We will be back!
