Spent 2 nights here while traveling through Tajikistan. It was very homely and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit strange. Things which were hot were cold... Staff were a bit odd in the breakfast area. When they walked into the room they would run out if they saw you. Happened a few times.

The only thing which was a negitive was the location. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful but outside is an industrial area/street. I had no problems.

Wouldn't stay here again only due to the location. Price was great.

We are a small group of 7 people and we stayed here before and after the Pamir trip.
Staff are super helpful and email communications before our arrival were efficient and clear.
Hotel Manager Kurbanov Daler and all the staff on site are really helpful and polite.
Location - in the north part of Dushanbe, a local bazaar nearby and restaurant around 10 mins walk
Room - it's a kind of boutique hotel with a small relaxing garden yard and the rooms are spacious and quite different one to another
Restaurant - there is an on-site restaurant in the hotel, though sometimes it's closed. Better to check in advance.
It's good that the hotel has a few bicycles for free usage for the guests. The quality of the bike is not perfect but it's enough for some easy riding in town.
Overall it's a good experience here.

We stayed a night at the Lotte Palace in Dushanbe early last August just before heading out to do the rest of the Pamir Highway. It is a small hotel, I guess you could call it boutique due to the size but it was great for our needs. It was clean, quiet, affordable, with very helpful service and the included breakfast was good enough for us. We would have like to have spent more nights there and definitely will when we get back that way again.
