We stayed a night at the Lotte Palace in Dushanbe early last August just before heading out to do the rest of the Pamir Highway. It is a small hotel, I guess you could call it boutique due to the size but it was great for our needs. It was clean, quiet, affordable, with very helpful service and the included breakfast was good enough for us. We would have like to have spent more nights there and definitely will when we get back that way again.
We stayed two nights in this comfortable hotel with good prices.
They also provide free airport shuttle.
The rooms are large and well equipped including a jacuzzi.
I would suggest the 205 at 1st floor.
The manager Mr Daler is very nice and gave us many suggestions about where to go and what to do.
Good breakfast.
The hotel service is very good.
The restaurant need improvements in service, kitchen service is slow. Colds beers were not available.
The food is good with reasonable prices.

A beautiful mansion surrounded by mountains! High standard of the care, pleasant & helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful garden & good service; what else one would like from a hotel! Loved the idea of taking shoes off at the entrance, pick up & drop out service to the airport. Highly recommend this little gem in Dushanbe...
It is not New that Asian service is one of the best in the world and this hotel showed the most welcoming service!!!

The value is very optimal
We stayed there for three nights. It was a small renewed hotel. It has about 12 rooms. Indoor and rooms was so clean and very nice designed. The staffs were so friendly and warm. The hotel was breakfast included but unfortunately there isn’t facility for lunch and dinner and so you had to order it from the outside. The breakfast was so-so.
The most bad thing was bad smell from sinkhole.
In my opinion it was top 3-star and hotel and I will certainly choose it again.
