Description: The Propaganda menu, with its fresh spring rolls, noodle salads & crunchy rice bowls features simple yet amazingly flavourful food prepared with the freshest local goods. Think 100% local, envision “redesigned” home cooking, all with Vietnamese ingredients only, home-baked bread for the banh mis, home-made tofu (with and without egg), home-made ice-cream, home-made soya milk, home-made everything! The propaganda art on the walls is a take on a very local art form that came to life in the 1940's. Our mural was commissioned by us and designed by a local artist. It is a happy rendering of the Vietnamese country and city life. Our cushions, bench seats and napkins are in tune and make the experience complete, an immersion into a Vietnam gone by...

I may have chosen the wrong meal but other than that the mango stick rice pudding was the highlight of my meal. I refused to share, even if my friends were begging. That's how good.

I had delicious Menu II: four courses, the first three of which are accompanied by a small glass of wine. Very recommendable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. The walls are completely covered by very colorful propagandistic paintings and the staff is quite hip.

We had dinner at a table on the top floor and enjoyed this suggestive bistrot , atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing the staff was nice and kind too, we enjoyed very much, top floor I think is the best one but this place is very well furnished and stylish in every room. Food was delicate gourmet Vietnamese cuisine and the bill was mid range priced

My wife and I had dinner at Propaganda restaurant during our visit to HCMC. It is a lively restaurant with a great atmosphere helped by art painted on all the walls. The service was efficient and the food very tasty. We were in and out in under an hour.

This was our last night in Saigon so we were prepared to go for something a little more metropolitan. The decor and seating arrangement was appealing and comfortable. Myself and my fiancée enjoyed the discovery menu one. The summer rolls were very fresh and refined. The beef salad was hands down the nicest salad I have ever eaten. It's balance was delicately calculated. The duck curry was tasty however, just not as refined as the other courses. To finish we had dark chocolate ice cream which was absolutely divine. The wine pairings were delicious however the serving sizes were on the small side. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone and I will return, these are just small observations and did not detract from a wonderful evening.
