Established in the past one or two years, on a good location, two blocks from the Hilton Hotel, on the corner of streets lined with mature trees. Quite a few outside tables, with large fans to keep you cool in the heat of the day. Menu nothing special, predictable international and Asian standards. Tries to cater for the young Hanoi new-rich. Of which there are many. Don't expect a traditional vietnamese experience. Good place to observe how the up & coming Hanoi generation spends their time. And their money.
