I hadn't booked the Suriwongse Hotel but called at the reception desk to enquire whether they had a room spare, the gentleman wen't out of his way to ensure that I received a beautiful room on the 7th floor for a fantastic price, making both mine and my daughters stay in Chiang Mai an excellent experience. I hope to return to Bangkok one day soon, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, thank you so much for looking after my daughter and I. A+++++

I and my husband stay here for 2 nights. The hotel is in very good location near night bazaar. Nice room. Friendly staffs and excellent service. We forgot our belonging to a rental bike. We did called to the hotel and ask them to go check for us at the rental office. We called back to the hotel after 2 hours when our plane was landing. They got our stuff back and send over to us in the next day. Excellent service. Thank you

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Great breakfast with asian and western choice of food. Super position just in front of the night market! I really reccommend to book a room here if you are going to spend a few days in Chiang Mai!

Room was large and clean.

Breakfast spread is large with the usual egg station. The other food was basic, lots of chinese food like noodle soup, beancurd drink, porridge.

However soundproof in rooms are lacking. We could hear the next door chatting away and we know they are not shouting.

Room Tip: If you have more than 1 room, request for connecting rooms. if lucky you may be upgraded for free to the family suite.
