Off peak this service is fast cool and efficient. But at peak times sardines in cans have more room to move than MRT patrons. Also my wife often grumbles when lining up trying to buy a ticket by changing a 100 baht note, the usually male person safely behind the glass doesn't deign to make the change for her but directs her across the surging crowds to join yet another queue to get the necessary coins. Why? Does he fill inferior by having to serve a woman? This happens way too often, this poor service will continue until someone takes a stand and gets rid of these smug people, too lazy to change a services that we used were commendably frequent but at time 2 or 3 trains were too crowded and it was more comfortable to wait for the next. Overall, inexpensive, and recommended.
