1: Describe the service you experienced.
This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel and it’s an absolute pleasure coming back here again. This time for 3 nights.

The check this time was a little fractured as we had booked rooms on the Club Floor, last time we just went straight up to the Club Floor on Level 22 and checked in, there is now a new reception in the foyer and we had to originally check in there, hand over passports and vouchers and wait to be take up to the Club Floor check in and do it all again. It was pleasant enough but like I said a little fractured having to line up downstairs then go through the same again upstairs.

Having said that the staff were typically Thai very pleasant and very helpful.

Id like to say thanks to Vic on the concierge desk, he organised a car from the local tailor to take us to the shop and provided advice and assistance on the Muy Thai boxing night we went to. He also assisted us in any queries with a smile and was very helpful, Thanks Vic.

2: Tell us how you liked the room
We stayed in Gran Biz class room, the room was large and trendy, staying in this room gives you access at the exclusive "My Club" Lounge or the Party House One of ground floor, which provide snacks and free beverages from 6pm to 9pm, Unlimited access to Wireless Internet and many other features, highly recommend Gran Biz class. Some of the features have changed this time with the My Club lounge being renovated and the bar being moved and now manned by the staff. Still it’s a nice service to have.

Room service was efficient and the room was cleaned as usual each day. All in all one of the nicest hotels we stayed in.

3: Talk about the location & amenities
The breakfast room was lovely with a large array of items to choose from. There we many breads, cheese and cold meats as well as hot choices, breakfast was the highlight of the day and the food was always lovely and fresh and you can have various omelettes cooked fresh right in front of you.

The location is sensational, it’s a 5 minutes’ walk from MBK and the Hard Rock café, and many shopping centres abound around this area. The sky train is at the door of the hotel pretty much. The swimming pool is still amazing on the 15th floor and is an infinity pool overlooking Bangkok, there is a bar with happy hour prices and a lovely area to relax around the pool, sensational is the only word I can use.

4: Say what you liked best & least
I still love coming to this hotel and will come back here again, but I did notice some price hikes and the feel was now the hotel was a little more up market where previously the quirky friendly nature of this hotel was one of the main attractions. This is what separated from your standard big chain hotel previously.

Room tip: Pick the Club Floors

Lovely room with a huge picture window view over city. Very roomy with an interesting and artistic feature wall. Staff couldnt have been more helpful and polite. Loved the infinity pool and we ate in the restaurant on 3 occasions and enjoyed our meals and the prompt service. Even a brilliant band was playing on the Saturday night. Good location as easy walk to Jim Thompson's House, Siam Centre, a modern designer shopping centre and the museum of Art and Culture. All worth a visit.

A very nicely decorated and clean room. Even the pillows were as new...
The view from the roof top bar was just stunning.... unfortunately we were only there for one night... would have liked to stay longer.

Siam@Siam presents an industrial and creative design throughout all its features. The hotel is visually appealing, offering its guest a must needed quiet rest from busy Bangkok.
Siam@Siam is well located, only a couple of minutes walk from all the shopping you could possible image, as well as dinning, transport and entertainment. The customer service was pretty good, at arrival we were offered an upgrade to a beautiful room. The breakfast offers wide range of western and asian cuisine, which changes on a daily basis.
Bangkok has two airports, one of them has the airport rail, and Siam@Siam is located only two block to the rail station. So check which airport you are arriving to and save money and time by using the train.
