The service provided by both Jib and Boom was out of this world when I returned back to the hotel exhausted. They help me with ease and made me feel comfortable and special. I left the reception area fully satisfied with their service.Keep up the good work

Hotel was very nice, subverted my expectations, although the gym was a little old the rest of the hotel has an undeniable charm to it. Breakfast options prove plentiful and hotel staff are very nice. A nice man named Flash helped me with some printing and the experience was much better than when I tried printing something at Pullmans down the street (not sponsored Pullman took like 10 minutes to print a single sheet leh)

The front reception team were brilliant and very helpful. We stayed in room 1014 and 1017 and rooms looked very tired. We were not initially told our room was in a separate block to the main lobby so went to the wrong elevator to find our rooms. The corridors on the 10th floor of the main hotel area had a lovely scent and looked fresh…so we were a bit disappointed when we were then directed to the other building where our actual rooms were situated. This side definitely lacked love and care and had no perfume/scent at all.
There were hairs in the bath, showing things had not been cleaned adequately before us checking in so we avoided using this. Also we were informed that the mini bar was free upon check in as I am a member. When we checked out we had the cleaning staff tell us that our mini bar was actually not free and we will be charged. We had to go back and forth with reception to rectify the situation and I even had to use my phone so the cleaning team could talk to Reception directly! It definitely soured our stay there.

I have just spent a month at the Sukosol hotel and it became a wonderful home away from home. The hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained. It is spacious, with many different areas, so you never feel crowded even when the hotel is full. The pool area is an oasis in the hotel, the gym is well-equipped and never too busy, and the Lotus spa is one of the best in Bangkok, and the spa manager Khun Chollada has magic fingers. The Lin-Fa Chinese restaurant is also superb. I loved every minute of my time at the Sukosol, and it is a five minute walk to the BTS whenever I wanted to go out. Most precious of all are the management and staff: everyone is well-trained, helpful and smiling. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It is a big hotel but as a guest you feel you are with family. It is a special place, thanks to Khun Kamala, Khun Dao and Khun Kaeng and all of their loyal and happy staff. Until next time!
