Stayed in the Siam suite with club access.
The room was very nice with quality bedding. Very comfortable indeed.
Staff in the club lounge were all very pleasant and friendly. Palm and the others in the lounge were excellent. The hotel should be very thankful there have such attentive staff.
The hotel itself is in a great position for transport links etc.
Definitely recommend this hotel and would highly recommend the club access at this particular hotel.
All in all, a lovely stay.

We booked a twin bed for 9 days. The reception personnel were polite and very helpful. We also got a good price. Room was clean, comfortable, even though it was not spacious. But again we didn't spend much time in the room. Everything was working.

The breakfast buffet was good but almost everything on the buffet is the same for the whole 9 days. That is not very good. As you stay longer you no longer have anything to put on your plate. That is one area the hotel needs to improve. Location was around 1 hour from the Bangkok airport.

tThe double room is large end confortable, the service is complete and comprehends restaurant, swimming pool, fitness, sauna. The brekafast is excellenf and the hotle personnell is really kind and effective.
