I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and efficient, making the start of my stay hassle-free.

The location is excellent—right in the middle of the shopping belt and within walking distance to the subway and several neighboring shopping malls. It made getting around super convenient.

The only downside was the occasional noise from vehicles since the hotel is situated next to a major road. However, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel and would consider staying again.

Great location right in the middle of several shopping malls and Hard Rock Cafe with the overhead walking path connecting places. Great service as well, we accidently left our car keys and went back to Malaysia. The hospitality team went to great length to courier it back to Malaysia despite facing technical and regulatory issues with the courier company. After repeated visits to the courier company, they got it sent, couldn't be possible without their five-star effort and kindness! Kudos for such a great hospitality!
