Generally a good experience. I am here for a business conference. The lobby managers are very friendly. The room has been cleaned each day. The omelet in breakfast is very delicious. Yet there is a smell on each floor. If the smell can be shaded in some way, it will be better.
This hotel is located in the centre of Bangkok next to the Central Word, Big C and the Erawan shrine is a stone throw away. The room are a bit dated and so are the bathrooms. Breakfast is mediocre. The staff seem friendly and the concierge is very helpful.
The location is amazing for business and tourists alike. Will come back. Maybe ensure we get the best rooms .....
Arnoma Hotel is close to Centralworld & BTS train service & and in easy walking distance to Siam Paragon with the underground Aquarium.
The main hotel areas are spacious & nice, the rooms nice enough. Buffet breakfast is good, something for everyone. Staff speak enough English & are always helpful.
We have stayed here on other trips & will stay here in the future because of the convenient location. Sadly the rooms, whilst functionally fine, are showing their age.
This hotel would have been a grand lady when it was built & is still a good place to stay.
We were very disappointed that 1) room service was not available 2) only one of the 4 restaurants was available (Chinese) which your website do not say, therefore it is false advertising. 3) The room is very unpractical with the electrical plugs, need to unplug hot water pot at night in order to close curtains. And need to crawl under the desk to plug phones…Staff was charming and nice.
The location couldn't be better... Next door to Gaysorn Plaza and across the street from Central World and maybe 100m from the Erawan shrine.
Excellent price. Room was very big and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom is compact but has separate tub as well as a dedicated shower. The breakfast buffet was good... Asian and western dishes and the usual omelette station. Coffee was decent but not fabulous
The property could use a facelift... It's still neat, clean and in good condition - just feels a little dated with the earth tones and wood trim from the 90s but it's a minor point considering the wonderful people working there, location and overall cleanliness.
I think we'll be using this place regularly when we come into the city
