Good location, surrounding with Hypermarkets, Fashion Mall, IT Mall, food area, nice café. Near to Skywalk bridge and also 5 min walk to BTS train station. Friendly staff.
However, the room needs Improvement. Dirty carpet, bathroom got a lot of holes. Overall is Average.

Unlike:
Air condition is too cold and can't do the adjustment.
Poor sound insulation.
Check-in should be more quickly.
Other tenants chatted and ran in the corridor, which made people feel very noisy.

The hotel room was pretty old and the furniture was also not very good. The mattresses on the beds were pretty hard and they didn't offer us water beyond 2 500ml bottles per day. The lady at the reception didn't understand our request for an upgrade. The food was ok. Nothing great about this hotel.

We could add the topper on mattress to make it softer by maid upon request.
We are also investing heavily in Team Training and Service Delivery Levels as well.
Our location, right in the centre of Bangkok’s best selection of Shopping is superb, and we try to offer affordable prices. We try hard to ensure that our Guests enjoy their stays with us.

I will definitely come back again. Bright and friendly staff who always remembered my name and room number. Great location, a stone's throw from everywhere I needed to be. And GREAT breakfast every morning with fresh juice (not that pasturized stuff you find in America) and amazing food - ranging from Thai, western, Japanese, and excellent baked goods. There's also a pool and fitness center on the 4th or 5th floor which is very overlooked because it is never busy.

The problem is the staff have no willing to tell me that I have forgotten my jacket after I checked out and when I asked to check they just give me the key go to take my jacket by myself. What’s a service ?
