NICE STAY

Good locations,near BTS train station. They provided clean & comfortable bed/bedsheet, is important to me as after a long shopping trip,really need a good night sleep. Big LG TV is my favourite. Although it said is new renovated, can,see the toilet stink got stain, face towel also.
Carpet is old as well as the bedlight. Aircon can't adjust to the temperature that we want, get so cold when we sleep, is not all totally new renovated that what I expected. Anyway nice stay,breakfast is good. Just step out the entrance, opposite is centralworld,right side is Big C (big supermarket), left side is Gaysorn shopping mall. Will stay here again.

Room tip: For standard room not much view, all subject to availability.

Good hotel in Bangkok, value for money

Good centrally located hotel, very convenient for visiting the Erawan Square, shopping, next door to Gaysorn, across from the Central World Plaza, within walking distance of everything and near the Sky Train

Room tip: Book the Executive Floor, it is value for money

Clean, Safe & great location, extremely nice hotel staff

Only complaint is that it was a earth quake during our stay, there is No alarm sounded to evacuate.
Only One suggestion is that breakfast buffet should include Thai foods also. Right now, mostly are European type foods.

Room tip: Nothing to say.

Great Location

We stayed 5 nights. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The location centrally located and very convenient to all shopping malls. The breakfast was very disappointing nothing to shout about. Would recommend for those who like to shop at Pratunam area or the Platinum Fashion mall

Suitable for Business Trip

It was the first time for me to Thailand and went on the business trip. The reception are nice and tried their best to solve our problems. The single superior room is quite suitable for one person to stay and the security are good, furthermore, we were satisfied with the staff who set up our meeting room were patient and efficiency.
