Shopping centre within walking distance. Good location for a short stay in central Bangkok. Receptionist was good - fast check in for me. Concierge personnel were helpful as we arrived early morning & leave our luggage. Room cleaner staff were very polite & greet you whenever see you.

Good location - near Big C supermarket and fruit vendors. Room facilities can be improved though. Shower not warm enough and bathtub is leaking causing flood on the floors and in the bathroom. Wifi is so slow as well and thats a must for a hotel

I love this hotel location. It’s very central, unbeatable, surrounded by so many shopping complex. Room is nice and spacious. Breakfast is quite good and food for room service is very tasty. I would recommend it to everyone!

This hotel needs a major refurbishment. The carpet smells and looks worn and the furniture and room belongs to the bygone age and in need of a major overhaul. The lighting switches are confusing and the toilet taps needs fixing as they are either very tight or very loose. The only good thing about it is its strategic location near to all amenities and shopping malls.
The reception refuse to even print and give a copy of receipt of my stay for me when I check out saying that I need to obtain it from Agoda whom I booked with. I have booked many hotels with Agoda and I always have no issue getting a receipt from the hotels when I check out. Strange protocol.

Arnoma Hotel is in the best strategic commercial location, offering travelers different kind of Shopping Malls, such as Branded Products, Clothings, Electronics Products. At Siam Paragon which is opposite of hotel has Shopping Mall, a SuperMarket, Large Underwater Aquarium and Food Centre offering different cuisine. You will lost for choice. Arnoma is near Bangkok Chinatown.
