Good location but dated and old hotel

This hotel needs a major refurbishment. The carpet smells and looks worn and the furniture and room belongs to the bygone age and in need of a major overhaul. The lighting switches are confusing and the toilet taps needs fixing as they are either very tight or very loose. The only good thing about it is its strategic location near to all amenities and shopping malls.
The reception refuse to even print and give a copy of receipt of my stay for me when I check out saying that I need to obtain it from Agoda whom I booked with. I have booked many hotels with Agoda and I always have no issue getting a receipt from the hotels when I check out. Strange protocol.

I have noted the areas where we have failed to meet your expectations and your comments have been passed to the relevant Department Heads to discuss with their Teams to ensure improvement.
We are in the process of testing a few renovated mock up rooms before embarking on a larger scale renovation in the near future and we look forward to keep all our many regular guests informed of the progress accordingly.
We are also investing heavily in Team Training and Service Delivery Levels as well.

Our location, right in the centre of Bangkok’s best selection of Shopping is superb, and we try to offer affordable prices. We try hard to ensure that our Guests enjoy their stays with us.

I hope very much that you will pay us another visit later this year or next and hope that I shall have the opportunity to meet you.

Best Hotel With All Amenities.

Arnoma Hotel is in the best strategic commercial location, offering travelers different kind of Shopping Malls, such as Branded Products, Clothings, Electronics Products. At Siam Paragon which is opposite of hotel has Shopping Mall, a SuperMarket, Large Underwater Aquarium and Food Centre offering different cuisine. You will lost for choice. Arnoma is near Bangkok Chinatown.

Room tip: The room in the executive level is extremely clean and the lounge I can have a drink and relexation with family and friends.

Perfect Location

This hotel is close to shopping mall and main attractions. Rooms are comfortable and spacious; bathroom is fairly big providing you with all you need; Food is fresh and average and with big breakfast buffet. staff is efficient and very polite. the style is a little old fashion;

In the middle of everything!

Nothing beats Arnoma for the best location. It's just across the biggest mall Central World, almost adjacent to high-end mall Gaysorn on the left and the bargain loved Big C mall on the right. This hotel is walking distance to the BTS train and the new market stop.This is perfect for my short family vacay.

Room tip: I got the two bedroom suite and it fit all 5 of us!

Good location and friendly staff

The hotel are in good location and just cross the street you can find big malls and supermarket. Foods has a lot of choices and with local foods to serve in mango restaurant. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The elevator service are good. The rooms are big and complete of furnitures
