Room is average, breakfast was good and the location is great! Just next door to the 'Big C', where there's a food court on the upper floor. Loads of cheap and delicious local food. One of my favourite hotel in Bangkok.

The hotel are in good location and just cross the street you can find big malls and supermarket. Foods has a lot of choices and with local foods to serve in mango restaurant. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The elevator service are good. The rooms are big and complete of furnitures

I can only give this hotel a 2 star rate Cos the room and the room toilet is the worst then I ever stay in Bangkok, it’s clean but is Super old and the bed is terrible it’s so hard like we had sleep on the hard board, only the location is the winning part Cos is very convenient to Access to everywhere can the management do sometime with the room pls change n upgrade Is like a 90s Century design and it’s is so hard to use on tap , shower head and the toilet flush we have to press very long for water n the tap is so old fashion need to turn so long for water to come out.

I have noted the areas where we have failed to meet your expectations and your comments have been passed to the relevant Department Heads to discuss with their Teams to ensure improvement.

The Arnoma was a ideal for travel with a small child. The rooms are spacious and I got two with connecting doors. The Arnoma is located in a nice part of Bangkok, opposite the Central World Mall though I found that mall rather pricey. Ther'so a 7/11 mart just next to Arnoma and a cross the road via the skywalk you get excellent street food, shrimp with rice which my 10yr old couldn't get enough of, shwarma, also some fast food places. Arnoma is a few metres from the sky train station so you can catch a train to MBK Mall which had great offers on clothes :) Arnoma is also a short walk to the boats where we opted not to take the tourIst boat rather we got on the regular transport boat and got off at another mall that had some activities for children. It was easy getting the train to Chatuchak weekend market and on weekdays the Park and Children's museum were no cost options for a day out! BeWare friendly women offering "advice" that such and such place is closed - it's a con! We were told the Children's museum was closed and the park too but good thing we had checked online and both were open - no entry fees!
Back to Arnoma, food options were OK though only had breakfast - they had continental as well as other options - rice, chicken, noodles...
The swimming pool was small but ok.
Spent more time outdoors than in the hotel :)

No membership card for regular customer. Also no discount for regular customer. I usually stay there. Sometime I sleep 2-3 time per month. Because I come often so I need to have a discount so that I can come here to stay more often. So I think Aroma hotel should fine some solutions for me or other customer.

location is very strategic, next to big c rajdamri, accross to central world. room is old but well maintained, towels and sheet are sparkling white and fragrant, clean too but air con little bit too chill even though we already make some adjustment for temperature, check in easy as long as after 2 pm, price is affordable, room is secure, amenities is complete, don't bother take breakfast for 300 bath you can simply walk to big c food park for 55 bath complete menu, or walk to street food vendor next to big c you will get delicious food for 20 bath (portion is big you can share), wifi is good, view from window room is nice bangkok at night (ask this when you book)
Room tip: ask room with windows and view to central world
