The Grand Hyatt Erawan customer service was exceptional and the staff were so nice and friendly throughout the hotel. I was upgraded to a room up on level 21 and enjoyed the city view. The breakfast buffet each morning was fresh and delicious with so much variety to choose from.

Had a lovely stay here.The only down side it is away from any street markets which we love.The travel to conference was also difficult re the traffic.However a lovely stay

Really nice hotel. Amazing friendly staff. To be fair you would expect nothing less than 5 stars from the Hyatt and they do not disappoint here. Very close to the shopping centre - joined by a walk over bridge which also connects you to the train. I would happily stay here again.
