I spent the long weekends in this simply outstanding hotel with my family. The services were excellent, the rooms are cleaned and spacious, the hotel provides you a grand feeling of the true Thai hospitality. Superb location and Staffs are all so friendly.

Travelled with my family as part of a week long vacation in Bangkok, and stayed at the Hyatt for a few days due to its nice location.
The service delivery at every department was warm, professional and done with a smile. From the Front Desk who honoured our connecting rooms, early check-in and late check-out requests, to the morning breakfast staff who made us feel welcome and ofcourse the HSK team were all fantastic.
The highlight of the trip was the spa treatment we got, where the team was very talented and made us feel very relaxed. Claire also did an excellent job explaining different concepts and treatments.
We even managed to bump into the General Manager of the hotel and strike up an interesting conversation while waiting for our cab to the airport.
We highly recommended this hotel if you want to receive 5 star service.

I have been coming to Bangkok as a tourist for business and healthcare for more than 25 years and this hotel has always been one of the best properties in the world.
