Consistency is key and this hotel is the best place to stay for the summer and the food. Thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and meticulous care placed on the simple things like the koi pond and surrounding vegetation. Absolutely amazing! The lobby restaurant is amazing with fresh fruits and made to order soup dishes and egg omelets. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed here during our month-long trip through SE Asia. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and always helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast staff amazing and efficient. The location near the skybridge made getting around much easier. The roads can be a bit of a challenge to cross.
Buffet breakfast - don't miss it! If offered to add it during check-in, do it. One of the best we had on our trip. So many options from different cultures - loved it! The variety made it so enjoyable.
Our room was clean and large. Water provided each day. It felt a bit strange with all the mirrors, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were outlets in the bathroom near the mirror - which isn't always the case, so I was happy to see that. The pool area was large with many chaise lounge chairs/umbrellas.
I'd definitely recommend the Grand Hyatt Erawan. One of the best!

We were on a two week trip to Thailand. Grand Hyatt was the 4 day Bangkok stay, no issues whatsoever. Location, catering, spa facilities and most of all the staff, all excellent. Have stayed there previously.
