Great location, great staff and great food. Rooms are spacious but need a little bit of renovation and uplift.
Location is simply outstanding if you want be in the lux part of Bangkok.
It’s like 3 min walk from Central World mall directly through the sky bridge connected to the hotel and about 8 minutes walk from Siam Paragon directly through the Sky Bridge.
I would definitely stay here again. !!

Everything are perfect here. More than I expect. Specially hotel has amazing breakfast services. Location is wonderful I can go to the most my favorite four faces budda temple .. I can go to wonderful restaurants ….eat Thai foods ….

Stayed here a few times and while an Explorist member there were both positives & negatives visible. The old grand royal look persists with a bunch of restaurants on the lower lobby level still doing brisk business with strange timings & service decent thanks to managers like Tharasat who was really on top of things.
The poolside needs desperate refurbishment & the grand club lounge staff too raw & forgetful. Forgetting to send a cake for our 36th Wedding Anniversary after multiple reminders was in poor taste and what was finally sent was an apology to say the least .
There is plenty of competition now so the hotel needs to tread carefully! The club floor rooms are small for a couple as they are strangely appointed with too much furniture. View of the RBSC golf course made up.

Service is always amazing. Had the opportunity to stay at Grand CLub lounge, Mrs Vara , Mrs Gai and all the team are super nice. a lot of young professional skilled workers, always anticipating customer's needs.
Food also amazing, David Senia and his team Roberto Parentela and Gabriele doing fantastic job in any of the restaurant available in the Hotel.
Location is very convenient , a very good compromise of price with high quality.

We visit Bangkok every 6 months and always stay at The Grand Hyatt Erawan because of its central location and the staff. The latter never disappoints, especially Ms Kai at the Club Lounge. Her attentiveness, professionalism, ready smile and genuine warmth make every day they’re special for us. We tried their new restaurant, Gaston, as it advertised a wagyu tomahawk but were sorely disappointed by its poor quality and cooking. This was the only blip in an otherwise great stay at the hotel.
