Extremely more than 5 star service.My wife had shingles. Hotel arranged for medical assistance to BNH Hospital & provided complimentary Mercedes Limousine service to & fro the Hospital. Hotel also deep cleaned the room & make daily enquiries about my wife’s condition. Special thanks go to May & Jam from the Guest Relations Deoartment. Will definitely stay in this hotel whenever we are in Bangkok. Will also recommend to all our friends.

We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan for multiple years now and never come away with anything less than awe at the unparalleled service provided by the front desk, Grand Lounge, dining room and housekeeping staff. The staff treats us, our family members and all of our visiting guests alike with courtesy, respect and the utmost care.
We love the Premier Suites and how we could use these massive, yet elegant spaces, as well as the adjoining guest rooms to accommodate our sizable family and local guests. The location is unbeatable with easy access to the Erawan Bangkok, Gaysorn Amarin, Gaysorn Village, Central World, Big C, Platinum Shopping Mall, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Central Chitlom and Central Embassy via elevated, covered walkways; both BTS lines via Chit Lom and Ratchadamri stations; the adjacent Langsuan Road with spas, two fantastic 7-11 branches, a large Starbucks and Sindhorn Village; and nearby Lumpini Park, as well as Benjakitti Park (via the Green Mile). We love that we could request items (via app) that we forgot to pack or even little trinkets that we'd like to give away or take home as souvenirs completely free of charge. And the facilities themselves are exquisite with a beautiful pool, expansive fitness center, and restaurants and drinking spots galore.
Oh and don't forget to pick up a packet (or a dozen) of the delicious tom yum rice crackers at the front desk. They're even better than the ones you pay significantly more for as part of the set menu of Gaggan at LV next door.

Even though the property was a bit dated, it is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional; we particularly loved the exotic fruits and the variety of foods from different continents. The hotel staff was outstanding. So courteous and warm even in simple greetings in the hallway. The location could not be any better. The hotel is right in the middle of shopping central in Bangkok. The only downside is the traffic because of all the shoppers crowding the area, but fortunately the hotel is close to a BTS station.

I normally don't do review because I am too lazy. This time I feel like I own the hotel a thank you. I stayed on points and got upgrade to Garden Villa King room. My wife was so happy with the room and said next time we come back to Bangkok, she wants to stay in the same hotel and same room. The hotel is so beautiful and close to everything we need.

We’ve been staying here regularly for more than ten years. The hotel is convenient, central, comfortable and homely. As a Hyatt Globalist we always get entrance to the Grand Club and we frequently get suite upgrades - sometimes using vouchers and at other times we’re lucky to get an upgrade at check in. This time we got a very pleasant suite and were grateful.
We enjoy the lounge very much. There’s a wide selection of food, both for breakfast and accompanying evening cocktails. The lounge is one of the main benefits and it has become popular. For four evenings it was moderately busy, but on one evening it was very busy and the staff were busy ensuring free tables could be found.
Gai has been working in the lounge as long as I can remember. She is charming, caring and attentive, and looks after us as if she were our favourite Auntie. And she treats all guests in the same way.
