I normally don't do review because I am too lazy. This time I feel like I own the hotel a thank you. I stayed on points and got upgrade to Garden Villa King room. My wife was so happy with the room and said next time we come back to Bangkok, she wants to stay in the same hotel and same room. The hotel is so beautiful and close to everything we need.

We’ve been staying here regularly for more than ten years. The hotel is convenient, central, comfortable and homely. As a Hyatt Globalist we always get entrance to the Grand Club and we frequently get suite upgrades - sometimes using vouchers and at other times we’re lucky to get an upgrade at check in. This time we got a very pleasant suite and were grateful.
We enjoy the lounge very much. There’s a wide selection of food, both for breakfast and accompanying evening cocktails. The lounge is one of the main benefits and it has become popular. For four evenings it was moderately busy, but on one evening it was very busy and the staff were busy ensuring free tables could be found.
Gai has been working in the lounge as long as I can remember. She is charming, caring and attentive, and looks after us as if she were our favourite Auntie. And she treats all guests in the same way.

I have traveled to Bangkok numerous times over the years. This last trip keeps me wondering, How did I miss this place before !!!!
We booked this trip through the hotel website. We were a family of 5 travelling to Bangkok on a stop over for a few days.
We had taken a Garden Villa King for myself and my wife and we put the kids in a Deluxe King Room.
A. The Hotel is bang in the middle of everything. You cross the road and you have Central World Shopping Mall & Siam Paragon Shopping Mall and a little further away is MBK & Platinum Mall. All with in a few minutes walking distance.
B. Check in was super smooth. The staff at the hotel are always there to help you and made sure you felt comfortable at all times.
C. The Garden Villa. OMG 🤩
There are only 5 villas and they are on the 5th floor very near to the swimming pool and the spa.
The villa is an oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. You enter the villa and you are transported to a world of luxury and beauty that is unmatched in every sense.
A steam thats inbuilt in the shower room. A lovely private massage room. A large living room. A bedroom that opens to a beautiful private terrace space that has trees and a garden.
The shower had a good pressure. The bed was bliss to be in after a long day of walking. The smart TV was brilliant making sure that you had access to everything you wanted to watch.
D. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. They made sure everything was spic and clean in the Villa at all times.
E. Ample bottles of water placed everywhere.
F. Large size bottles of everything ( Body lotion, Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioners )
G. The breakfast was excellent. Had a good selection and spread to everyone's taste buds.
In all , me and my family were very impressed and pleased that we had chosen a Garden Villa @ this hotel.
Would I come back here again !!! HELL YES 😀😀😀
The Garden Villa would be my base and home next time I am in Bangkok without a doubt.

The hotel and the room is over used. Very dusty and dirty furniture standard, which is totally not Hyatt Standard.
Where shall I start:
•Request S Class Mercedes pick from the airport. Guess what, Mosquito in car. We had to lower the window while driving to get red of them with no luck.
•Room is smelly and furniture is over used. Starting with the bathroom standard. After being in bed myself and my partner started etching feeling.
•The breakfast area is over crowded, dirty tables. The food sounds in fresh. I felt like I’m chawing the croissant. We felt that the curlers were not properly highness.

The Grand Hyatt has wonderful access to retail food and transport. It is right in the heart of Bangkok and is a delightful place to stay. Highly recommended.
