The Grand Hyatt has wonderful access to retail food and transport. It is right in the heart of Bangkok and is a delightful place to stay. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan 3 times and the staff is second to none and the location is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for your business and leisure stay.

The location is so good and easy to get to the BTS Skywalk via Erawan centre or Gaysorn Amarin. Central World is so close too. The room is comfortable and serviced twice a day. They are very accommodating if requesting additional water bottles too. It's good to see they have opted for a more sustainable approach for the lotion, shampoo and conditioner but I'd love to be able to buy some to take home.
The buffet breakfast variety is large and very yummy.
The pool was lovely and relaxing - very spacious with free thai tea and water served as well as serviced by a food and drinks menu requested using a buzzer!
Check in as a hyatt member was easy in advance.
