Making money on matches... Ok, guys

Actually, I’m a fan of Hyatt hotels. And even in this hotel I stayed for free as I had collected enough points in Hyatt bonus system. I didn’t like the hotel from the very beginning. As its inconveniencing entrances, low ceilings on the ground floor, too bustling location. But the reason why I put 1 star is very simple. I asked to print some documents for me: about 30-35 sheets of paper total. And I was replied they would print 10 sheets for free and others would cost 25 bahts each (just a bit less than 1 dollar for 1 sheet). WHAT? Are you selling good service and hospitality or paper?! Is it your way to get revenue? I found such prices for service that must be provided for free just insulting. I didn’t ask to print a book. It’s just a shame.

A truly wonderful hotel in Bangkok.

A truly wonderful hotel in Bangkok. It’s one of the best Hyatt properties that I have stayed throughout the world. Lounge is exception and so are the staff. I really felt like I was a valued guest. I plan on staying here again.

Perfect hospitality

Staff is attentive, knows your name and provides next level hospitality. Suites are spacious, lounge is amazing. It is the middle of the city, so expect a little noice.

Feedback

Amazing experience. Polite and helpful staff displaying pride in receiving guests. All of them starting from the main entrance to the concierge were exceptional in their conduct. Thai courtesies are worth emulating.
