Amazing experience. Polite and helpful staff displaying pride in receiving guests. All of them starting from the main entrance to the concierge were exceptional in their conduct. Thai courtesies are worth emulating.

Grand Hyatt Erawan service was exquisite, all Hyatt crew were friendly and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Reservation and Check-in Process was so efficiency and professional. Ms. Fah Reservation and Ms.Aum Front desk was really helpful to assisting my request. Breakfast Experience was great with Ms.Aun Manager and all crews.
I could not tell you every crew name at Hyatt Erawan, but believe that everyone was extremely welcoming and proffesional.

Another great luxury hotel in the central of Bangkok. If you travel with your family, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is so close to everything and you can go to the malls or BTS very easily. My room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was alright, but I would expect more from Hyatt. Overall, it was a great experience.

My wife, our 18 year old son, and I stayed here for 4 nights. We used the club level lounge (highly recommend) as well as the spa and two restaurants (Gaston serving authentic French fare and Erawan Tea Room serving Thai cuisine)
Overall, it was a flawless stay. Staff here are extremely friendly, gracious, and accommodating while being professional in their jobs. Strong management comes through in every department. We requested a late checkout at 4pm due a late flight. No problem! Executive chef from Gaston, Mr. Denia came out to say hello. Live music during dinner was a nice bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel!
